Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our site and through our products / services is the property of Reverence Story, Amy O’Brien. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our site, products / services.
Materials from our site, products and services should not be shared, published or altered in any manner without our authorisation.
No Commercial Use
You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever the site, products or services or the Content, our Intellectual Property and Third-Party Licensed Intellectual Property in whole or in part without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to immediately remove your access to our site, products and services without refund and pursue legal action if you are found to be violating these Terms.
Online Sessions
Please arrive on time to your online session to get the most out of our time together. You’ll need a good internet connection and a quiet space where you can speak freely to ensure your confidentiality is protected.
It’s a good idea to schedule a little quiet time after our session to go for a walk, grab a cuppa before transitioning into the load of ‘normal life’ again.
Prices and Payment
Payment is required prior to each session.
Sessions are not eligible for medicare rebates. Private health eligibility for services depends on your insurer and level of cover.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) - if applicable. If you’ve purchased one of our products or services, it will be charged at the price in force at the time your order is validated. Prices indicated on the site may change at any time without advance notice to you.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products or services without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you, or a third-party for any modification, price change or discontinuance of a product or service.
Refund Policy
Sessions are non refundable. Purchases of guides and products on this website are non refundable.
Rescheduling Policy for Sessions
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule one-on-one sessions.
Giving 24+ hours notice - we’ll happily reschedule your session.
Giving less than 24 hours notice - will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows - will incur the full fee of the session, as this time has been set aside specifically for you, and preparation has been done for our time together.
There are times when unavoidable situations like illness or emergency arise. We’ll use our discretion where appropriate.
Digital Products
No refunds will be given on digital products and written resources purchased through our site.
Complaints
It is our hope that you will be satisfied with our products and services. Should you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us via our Contact Page.
Please include your name, details about your concern / complaint and what you would like done to resolve the matter.
You agree not to engage in any negative or derogatory behaviour towards us. We agree to the same. This includes, but is not limited to, communications with third parties or posting to social media.
